Ingredients

1 cup cooked basmati rice

1 tbsp ghee or oil

1 tsp cumin seeds

½ onion, finely chopped

½ tsp DG1 Garlic Powder

1 green chili, slit (optional)

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Directions

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.

Add onions and sauté until golden.

Sprinkle in DG1 Garlic Powder and green chili, sauté briefly.

Add cooked rice, salt, and mix well.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with dal or curry.
